Nicole is a senior at Berean Christian School. She is such a beautiful girl inside and out. She was in my class when I taught at the school. She was also in my accountability group. I have loved getting to know her these past four years. I can’t believe you are graduating! 

I had such a blast with her Saturday morning. Thanks Nicole for letting me try out some new ideas! You are gorgeous girl! Good luck with the upcoming Palm Beach County Pageant. You will be great!

I love this little munchkin. She is so adorable! I can’t believe how much she has grown since her 6 months photos. She is crawling, waving, and doing all kids of things.

This wedding was so simple and sweet. I know the bride from mommies group at our church Grace Fellowship. Her daughters are beautiful.

I am so happy for them. The weddings was short, but I still cried! It was just so sweet to see the love these two had for each other! 

I wish I could post more photos (because their family is just gorgeous) but, her husband’s job prevents him from having his photos online.

This past Sunday we had a little shindig for our daughter Ellie. She turned one… which is still so weird to say. She had the party with her best little girlfriend Peyton. The two had a blast. I promised family I would post these…

Yes we are pregnant! Surprise (for us too).

I am 2 and 1/2 months (10 weeks). 

Things have been going well. I actually got to see the baby on Friday and hear the little heartbeat! 

Though, we definitely were NOT planning on having a baby this soon, we are excited. God is blessing us once again! 

I will admit. I am so scared. I am scared about being a mom of two and not just one (those of you have more than one… bring on the advice). I am scared about how this will effect my working in the home, etc. But, God is definitely showing me that HE is in control. He won’t give me more than I can handle! If you can, keep us in prayer as we continue to strive to do what it is He wants for us. We have some big decisions to make about our homes, finances, etc.

My due date is September 20th. Ellie will be a little over 18 months at that time (anyone think I could potty train her before the new one??) I am feeling the full effects of pregnancy, just like I did with Ellie. Right now the biggest thing is the morning, afternoon, and evening sickness! I have lost 6 lbs already… so I really need to work on keeping things down. But, other than that, I am doing great! 

We are excited about yet another new adventure for our lives! I will keep you posted!

It is so crazy to see how fast all the kids are growing. I can’t believe little Joselyn is already six months!

So.. I know I just blabbed on and on about my baby girl in the last post. But, I promised family and friends I would post some of Ellie’s photos from our little shoot today. She is such a ham…

After we finished snapping a few shots… it was time to play. After all, it was her birthday. I couldn’t torture her too long.

Ok.. so I am going to be one of “those moms.” I am going to dedicate yet another blog post to my little girl, Elena Joy. Today she deserves it! It is her birthday! I just can’t believe how quickly it came! This time last year we were holding our new baby girl. And at that moment, I thought I couldn’t love her anymore. Boy was I wrong, I amazed at how much more I do love her now. She is a precious gift from God. Thank you LORD!

Some of my favorite things about Ellie… 

-Her amazing eyes. She has this way of smiling with her eyes. It is just mesmerizing.

-She’s a chatterbox. Can you believe she can say more than 10 words? And she knows what they mean? My favorite is still “hello!” but, apple is a close second.

-I love watching her sleep. She is such an angel.

- She gives great hugs.. and says “AAHHHH!” while she is giving you one.

- I love watching her figure things out. She is so smart sometimes!

- She loves boys. I think it is pretty cute. Daddy, might not so much.

- She is such a girl. She loves pretty things.. and will even tell you when you look “priddy”

- She has an awesome laugh and loves to play the “boo” game. Always a guaranteed giggle.

- I love the way her face lights up when she talks with Luke on the phone. PRICELESS.

Oh gosh. I better just stop or this list will be 8 billion pages long. I love my little baby and the little girl she is becoming! 

I have been working on a book for her first year. So, I have been going back through over a thousand photos we have (I know that is pretty ridiculous). Here is a little recap of the last twelve months…

Valentine’s Day last year

The first twelve months….

And we are taking some one year photos today! I will give you a peak of those later!

I had a really great time with Chris and Kelly on Saturday morning. These two were so nervous… but boy did they work it. I think they were very photogenic! Thanks guys for putting up with my cold… I hope I did not get you sick! 

Their wedding is going to be in March in Belle Glade.. less than a month! I am pretty excited. So stay tuned for that.
