God has and continues to bless this business more than I could have ever imagined. So I really want to give back.
There’s a couple ways I have felt led to do this.
First, I do a few family shoots and one wedding a year for free. Yes TOTALLY for free. If you know someone who may be in need of something like this. Please send me an email with their story. I know things are hard right now for people financially… and even if you don’t get the free gig, I am willing to move on price where I can.
Second, I really want to use the talents I have to promote some organizations and projects I really believe in. If you scroll down you will see some pictures from the ministry called Revolution. This ministry works with children and teens out in Belle Glade and Pahokee, FL. If you don’t know anything about these areas they are full of crime, F – rated schools, and poverty. This young adults group is out there trying to make a difference and just show the kids how much God loves them. Anyways, I joined these guys a few months ago.. and love going out there on Thursdays to hang with the kids. If you live in the area and are interested in some more details on how you can help… send me an email.
As for the future, I am excited for 2009.. I am planning on going to a couple different places (India and Africa) to document some of what my church Grace Fellowship is busy doing. So stay tuned for that. I should have a ton of photos and video to share. To see a little about where I am going.. check out the site at www.ttionline.org.

This is Kim and me… She is a sweetheart

I’ve just been looking through your photo albums and reading your blog entries, and I have to tell you how much they have touched my heart. Seeing how lovingly you captured your precious little girl (and what an adorable name, Ellie!) just made me melt. You were so wonderful as our engagement and wedding photographer, and I truly hope we have the opportunity to be in front of your lens again one day! Until then, I will greatly appreciate the little breath of life and joy that is your portfolio. Thank you, Jenny.

Jenny,
I just have to say as a mother of the bride to be, it is comforting to know that such a caring, creative and most importantly, christian, will be the one behind the camera capturing my daughters special day.You did such a beautiful job with her and Tyler’s engagement photo’s! I periodically check your website and look at the beautiful work you do and the special way you personalize it by writing something about the event or person/persons. I especially liked the opinion piece you wrote on “pratice weddings”. I so agree with you! I look forward to next August!
God Bless You,
