So I just started using this new software called Studiocloud. So far, so good. It is supposed to help keep my clients, online proofing and ordering, bookkeeping, everything like that, organized (and you know I need help with that). So I do have a new proofing site. Ellie and Peyton are turning one!

Ellie, my daughter, and her buddy Peyton are two weeks apart, so we decided to do their parties together. They are going to have a luau. So we got them together to try and get a shot for the invitation. Well they wouldn’t really smile.. so instead.. they cried. We are trying to decide which one to go with for the invite… what do you think??

These two are seriously some of the sweetest people I know. Chad is my friend Jess’ brother. He moved down here.. hmm.. close to a year ago. Amber soon followed. They are great. I hope to get to know them more than I have already. 

Chad moved out to Belle Glade just a few weeks ago to minister to the area. If you don’t know about Belle Glade.. check out my “giving back” section. 

Their wedding is going to be in April in California. I am pretty excited to be there. And something even more exciting… this couple has decided to dedicate themselves to full time ministry. They will be moving over to Africa this next year to join our church’s Project Africa! 

Please keep them in prayer!

I loved this blue tile. My husband said it looked like a bathroom.. but hey.. I thought it was cool.

BEAUTIFUL AMBER….

1. I love chocolate chip cookies… seriously they are so good. I think they tie with chocolate covered strawberries for my favorite food. 
2. I secretly would love to be a hip hop dancer. I just don’t like the inappropriate attire… but gosh do I love to shake it.
3. I want to travel the world. I love seeing new things and meeting new people.
4. I struggle with worry sometimes. God has definitely been working on me in this area.
5. I really like watching Saved by the Bell and Fresh Prince of Belle Air… I know. 
6. I love being a photographer and hope to have little workshops one day where people fly in from all of the country… wait world… ha ha… to come. 
7. I want to win a photo contest this year.
8. I really really love my husband and care a lot about what he thinks. 
9. I still laugh at fart noises. I even laughed writing about it. oh gosh I am so mature.
10. Cocacola is definitely my beverage of choice.
11. I gained 66 lbs when pregnant.. and lost 70 since. woo hoo.. talk about a major body changes in a year and a half.
12. I love it when Ellie says ma ma and gives me a hug. 
13. I love Ellie’s really excited face. Here it is below…

14. I love my dog Harley. He will snuggle on my feet and keep them warm when I working on the computer. 
15. I spend way too much time on facebook.
16. I love volleyball.. I wish I was a foot taller so I could kill the ball. I really love coaching it.
17. I want to really invest in a teen this year. Really invest. 
18. I want to pray more. I get distracted so easily. 
19. Sometimes I get really scared about being a mom, photographer, wife, friend, etc…I can get down on myself.
20. My house is messy. I think I might pay someone to clean it?? I have no time. Is that bad?
21. I love Grace Fellowship. My church is da bomb.
22. Ellie finds things I didn’t even know where there.. under the bed.. behind furniture… it’s amazing.
23. I love music. Have you heard of pandora? I love that site. You can make your own little radio station. I am actually jammin out now to my Jon Foreman station. SWEEET!
24. I could eat pizza everyday.. Jay’s is my fav.
25. Ellie has a huge snot bubble.. so I need to go.

So.. I had a shoot this past Saturday. It was a corporate event for Exactech (a company that sells hip and knee replacements). It was nice… but not what I am writing about. On my way… I saw this amazing sky! Isn’t it BEAUTIFUL? Now I took the pic while I was driving.. which is probably not safe AT ALL.  So it may not be the best shot… but you get the idea. WHEW. God is good. 

I just did a wedding a couple weeks ago and my best bud Shelly was one of the guests. I just wanted to show you… why she is my best friend. Seriously, I almost peed my pants like 10 times that night watching her break it down. Awesome…

and yes.. she is carrying around the table number sign… and that’s her husband behind her. I love these guys. 

I just spent this week in Arizona. I was attending a photography conference in Phoenix. This place is so unique. I can’t get over the cacti and rocks. 

Did you know people have rock yards instead of grass lawns?

Here are a few shots of my time here. I definitely want to come back and take a trip to Grand Canyon and to see some of the red rock. I just didn’t have time this trip.

and  look… ellie is in her big girl car seat now! Can’t believe she is so big!

Jackson and Marie got married this past Saturday. IT WAS GORGEOUS. Marie looked AH-MAZING. The ceremony was at the Royal Poinciana Chapel on Palm Beach. The reception was at the American Orchid Society. 

The two actually met on Match.com. Isn’t that nuts? I have known Jackson for awhile. He actually used to work at Wits End… my parents old restaurant. This couple knows how to laugh and have a great time. No doubt about it. It really was special for me to be a part of this day.
